Favorite Highlighters 2016

Favorite Highlighters 2016

The year is almost over & one of my big projects for early 2017 is DIY pressed mica holographic highlighters & eye shadows. Before I share that project, I thought I would pass on my favorite purchased highlighters from the last year. I gravitate towards highlighters with more sheen than sparkle. Most of my favorite highlighters can be applied with a light hand for a more natural finish & built up to full metallic shine. My favorites fall into all price ranges and none of them are duds!
