Semi-Homemade Chicken Soup

Semi-Homemade Chicken Soup

The past couple of days I have been craving chicken soup.  Semi-homemade chicken soup was born of leftover rotisserie chicken, Roundy’s Organic Chicken Broth, Amy’s No Chicken Noodle, and a heap of noodles. My semi-homemade chicken soup is majorly heavy on the garlic… I roasted a bulb in the oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees (after slicing off the top to expose the cloves and drizzling with EVOO) and then squeezed out the garlic whole… Later adding extra garlic powder 🙂
